Last week, members of the Organization/Management and Marketing research groups participated in the Prishtina Management and Entrepreneurship (PRIME) conference, hosted by the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Kosovo. Prof. Norbert Bach and Rrezon Lajci, represented the Organization/Management group, while Prof. Anja Geigenmüller and Maria Rosculete represented the Marketing group.

The theme of the conference was 'Navigating change in a dynamic world'. Prof. Bach opened the conference with a keynote speech on temporality and routine dynamics in an organizational change setting. The event also featured three engaging paper sessions, showcasing the work of senior and emerging researchers, followed by a "Meet the Editors" session.

We thank Prof. Besnik Krasniqi from the University of Pristina for organizing and inviting us to this conference. In an emerging country as Kosovo and a vibrant atmosphere in Pristina, it was a good platform for exchanging ideas on research and networking with both local and international scholars.
