Every Tuesday from 7:30 - 8:30 a.m., yoga exercises are performed under guidance. This allows you to do something for your own health and feel fitter and more relaxed. The course runs from February 20 to April 9 and is suitable for both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners. The course takes place in cooperation with Techniker Krankenkasse.
