In the seminar, you will learn stress management strategies that you can use to master the daily challenges of studying. You will deal with your individual stress factors, optimize your learning and time management and learn autogenic training. The aim is to harmonize your studies and private life for more success and fulfillment. In the long term, this will not only maintain or improve your mental and emotional health, but also your physical performance.

German Course: Bewegung als Gesundheitsressource (Movement as a Health Resource)
22.04. – 03.06. Wednesdays 1 – 5 p.m.

Everyday student life is characterized by long periods of sitting and the associated lack of exercise. You will learn about the importance and effects of exercise on your health. This is introduced by providing fact-based knowledge. This knowledge will then be used to take a critical look at your own exercise behavior. Finally, the solutions are tested individually or in small groups and then discussed. For a practical learning and experience, each participant will lead a “moving break” for the seminar group, just as each small group will create a poster for the further development of the Active Campus.

German Course: Stressless Academy
Block seminar, 17.4./18.4. und 29.5./30.5.
There are always challenging and stressful times during your studies. How can you keep everything in perspective and stay focused even during these times? In this seminar, you’ll learn to become more aware of your own thought processes and strengthen your ability to concentrate. The goal is to specifically reduce stress and anxiety and learn to manage stress more effectively. Through practical exercises, your empathy and self-efficacy will be strengthened. Various mindfulness exercises, such as body scans or yoga, will help you find greater overall calm and balance.
