Use of the Ilmenau University Archives is free of charge. Consultation of the holdings on site and enquiries that do not require more than one hour to process are also free of charge. As we would like to promote research and publication activities on Technische Universität Ilmenau, we will continue to charge you no fees for publication and the transfer of rights of use. Furthermore, no costs will be incurred within the scope of administrative assistance or for members of the university within the scope of their official duties.
The costs for the digital reproduction of two-dimensional archival documents up to DIN A3 are 3.00 EUR per image.
All other costs shall be charged according to time spent on the basis of the Thuringian Administrative Costs Act (ThürVwKostG) of 23 September 2005 (GVBl. p. 325), as amended, in conjunction with the Thuringian General Administrative Costs Regulations (ThürAllgVwKostO) of 3 December 2001 (GVBl. p. 456), as amended.
