Copies

We are happy to create digital and analog copies of archival material in our archive for you, provided that this is not subject to any access restrictions. Charges may apply for these services. It is your responsibility to observe the personal rights and copyrights associated with the use of the copies and the interests of third parties that are worthy of protection.

In addition, you have the possibility to make copies of non-restricted archival materials with your own camera or mobile device. Flatbed scanners or other recording devices, that come into contact with the archive material, are not permitted for reasons of conservation.

Private copies may only be made with the permission of the archives. These copies are exclusively for your own use and may not be passed on to third parties or published. The making of the copy does not give you any rights within the meaning of Copyright Act.
