At the first Ilmenau Science Night, the department presented itself with interesting exhibits from current research, e.g. "In a shared apartment with a robot", "What senses does a robot have, and how does it interpret what it perceives" and "Making robotics "tangible"". In addition, the assistance robot "Pepper", which greeted the visitors in a friendly manner, and the robot dog Unitree Go1 as a four-legged companion attracted everyone's attention.
