The Advanced Electromagnetics Group organized the Workshop on Cryo-Electronic Devices (KRYO 2026)

The workshop took place from 20 to 22 September 2026.

 

Three scientific papers by colleagues from our department were presented at the workshop:

S. Mechold, K. Peiselt, M. Schmelz, G. Oelsner, and R. Stolz. Low damage etching for fabrication of superconducting Aluminium devices.

M. Belogolovskii, I. Nevirkovets, M. Polačkova, M. Gregor, H. L. Honig, P. Schaaf, and H. Toepfer. Emergent edge-dominated supercurrents in Josephson junctions with Al/Ni multilayer barriers.

L. Endres, M. Schmelz, R. Stolz, and H. Toepfer. Neuromorphic superconducting microelectronic circuits for signal processing applications.
