The Advanced Electromagnetics Group is presenting two posters at the European Conference on Applied Superconductivity

EUCAS 2023, September 3–7, 2023, in Bologna, Italy

 

At the EUCAS 2023 conference, held from September 3 to 7, 2023, in Bologna, Italy, Prof. Dr. Hannes Töpfer and M. Sc. Frank Feldhoff presented their research on neuromorphic, bio-inspired circuits with superconducting and memristive components.

Their contributions, titled “Short- and long-term state switching in the synapse of the superconducting niobium neuron” and “Dynamics of a coupled system consisting of a Josephson junction and a memristor,” were developed as part of the Memwerk project, funded by the Carl Zeiss Foundation.
