Dr. Ronny Stolz appointed Honorary Professor

Honorary Professorship in Quantum Engineering at TU Ilmenau

 

Dr. Ronny Stolz, Head of the Quantum Systems research department at the Leibniz Institute of Photonic Technology (IPHT) in Jena, has been appointed Honorary Professor of Quantum Engineering at TU Ilmenau. With his knowledge and experience in the field of applied quantum systems, the internationally renowned scientist will particularly intensify the joint research activities with TU Ilmenau in the field of quantum technologies and enrich university teaching in the Master’s program in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, specializing in Quantum Technologies.
