The Institute for Media Technology at the Technische Universät Ilmenau has very good technical equipment. It thus offers the best conditions for research and teaching. Funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG), a new Video Studio has been installed, the Virtual Studio has been significantly expanded, a Listening Lab (Audio Lab) has been built and a Usability Lab has been created. This means that almost the entire media technology processing chain can be taught, from production to testing the results.
