As a rule, users receive the articles and essays ordered via interlibrary loan directly electronically by sending a download link via e-mail. After receiving the download link, the ordered article can be downloaded within 30 days. Electronically delivered interlibrary loan articles are then no longer printed out and made available at the counter or sent by internal mail.
However, articles supplied as paper copies for licence reasons must continue to be issued as paper copies.
