You can use this web form to provide us with your email address to benefit from our extended service:

  • Three days before the end of the loan period, you will receive an e-mail reminding you to return or renew the books you have borrowed.
  • If ordered or reserved books are ready for you, you will receive a notification e-mail. You will then have three days to pick up the books at the circulation desk.
  • First and second reminders are sent as e-mails. Only the third (final) reminder will continue to be sent as a printed letter.

You can also use this form to notify us of a change in your email address.

This form is only intended for external users.

Members of the TU Ilmenau will receive the first and second reminder as well as notifications basically to their university e-mail address.
