Core Facility of the German Research Foundation

The DFG-funded Core Facility "Micro-Nano-Integration" gives external partners even better access to the excellent technological infrastructure and the special equipment of the Centre of Micro- and Nanotechnologies (ZMN).

Companies and scientific institutions are served from one source.

To book laboratories and equipment, they receive information about technical equipment and competences of the technological centre and finally a binding cost offer, which takes into account possible funding and subsidy measures.
