The IlmkubatorLab is the makerspace of the Start-up Service and part of the FabLab@TU-Ilmenau.
Students, employees and, in particular, start-up teams can use the use space and tools to work on the development of prototypes or the implementation of their own projects. This can be done under supervision and guidance or in free work. The focus is on fully equipped soldering and electronics workstations, as well as 3D printers and tools for wood and metalworking.
All available machines and equipment can be booked on a dedicated platform, but can also be requested by e-mail. In addition, the IlmkubatorLab in the Finnhütten (Langewiesener Straße 32) is open to all students and employees of the university on two weekdays.
