Foxel Media GmbH was founded in November 2021 and produces high-quality media products ranging from image films and documentaries to apps.

The founding team, consisting of Clarissa Gabriel and Denny Nguyen, met for the first time during a film project at Ilmenau Technical University. It quickly became clear that they shared a passion for media production. The duo complement each other with their different professional backgrounds: While Clarissa learned all about successful marketing in her marketing studies, Denny was able to work as a filmmaker for several years before studying Applied Media and Communication Science at TU Ilmenau.

As a result, Foxel Media GmbH was able to establish itself in two business areas: On the one hand, the company stands for the production of image films, explanatory and product videos as well as social media spots and animations. On the other hand, Foxel Media produces mobile applications such as games and learning apps.

Since the company was founded, it has already produced several advertising films for Audanika, for example, and a product film for TechnoTeam Bildverarbeitung GmbH. In 2023, the young start-up qualified for the MEDIAstart funding program of the Mitteldeutsche Medienförderung. This program provides financial support to up to ten media companies from Thuringia, Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt every year. The two founders plan to invest the money primarily in further education and training in the fields of documentary and fictional film.
